Made me a cleaning/shooting rest

Been looking for a rest mainly for cleaning, something light enough I could take to the range and use for bore sighting and shooting. Realized I had all the materials, so I threw one together today. Not a vise, but I build the stock end to wedge the rifles/shotguns into, added some leather on the barrel end, a piece of yoga mat on the stock end for wedging and VOILA! Looks like hell, but works perfectly.

I have been thinking of the same only installing an adjustable front.
Round the edges on yours, they will cut you up.

Haven't gotten that far yet, lol. But I could always get a ratchet strap.
