Any issues with shipping or customer service? I've heard a lot of negative things about them so I'm curious.

I have ordered from Botach several times, and never had any trouble.

I have heard that if an item is not in stock, it can take awhile to get it, but I have always received my order within a few days.

The "slickmag" or "slick mag" coupon code did not work for me when checking out with botach, but I did get 10% off and free shipping with the coupon code "magpul" when buying pmags.

Just a customer service update: I ordered from hamlund on Sunday and had my mags by Wednesday. It was my first order with them but I would use again
