If I remember this right, there was a news story back in 2008 about the opening of a campaign office for Barack Obama in some Texas city. In the video of that opening, which showed different views of the office space that they were opening, the only thing hanging on the walls was a large poster of Che.

It's kind of like that picture of the classroom in the link in that story. The picture there of Che appears to be about the largest poster on the wall. Only the blue one appears to be close to the same size. I suspect that the apparent teacher in the back of the room is really a leftist.

Che is looked on by the left as a symbol of rebellion by the left. No matter he brutally killed thousands in his quest of rebellion.

Yeah, I think that is the story I was thinking about. I certainly remember that it was indicative that Obama's picture was right next to the flag, but was a lot smaller than the flag. It said to me that someone in his "organization" was clearly a communist.

I’ve engaged Millennials and younger folks regarding the evils of socialism in Twitter from time to time. I’ve been told: “You don’t even know what socialism is, old man!”; “The world will be a better place when dinosaurs like you are dead!”; and some other vague threats about the future for people like me. My response is pretty much “Bring it on....my Dogs will love a little exercise.” But, there is a definite threat building up out there.

It's like they either don't know history, or choose not to pay attention to it. It's wild how the far left and far right are so similar. Like how some utilize the Confederate battle flag to show pride in their heritage vs racism and enslavement of black people.
