In my opinion this CCW holder is WAY too nervous and much too willing to pull on the slightest perceived provocation. He almost pulled again when the second person entered the shop (about 1:21). I see this as a disaster just waiting to happen.
Might have been a plain clothes or off-duty cop. Didn't look like his first frisk.

Ouch , bad bad bad .....move.....I would have moved around behind him and waited on my sammich and watched in the ready from that vantage point.... but anyone walking in with a hoodie up and sunglasses on certainly sets off my radar and makes me nervous (regardless of skin color). .... I wear hoodies all the time in the winter but never with the hood covering my head and face, hell I take off my hat and sunglasses if I walk into the bank.
Brazil.....most of the time they shoot first....sometimes....questions later....much later.
