Lol, I'm afraid to ask what "butthurt" means. But I knew the chart would rear its head at some point in this thread.

In any event, DD does indeed make a strong AR, by all acounts.

That's why you don't see the likes of BCM, KAC, Larue, MTSN, White Oak, etc.

I think BCM is on the chart now...

I wonder why BCM ranks lower than Colt in that chart, when they offer all the same features as the Colt, plus a lifetime warranty that the Colt lacks. Must be intangible features that can't be measured - name recognition, perhaps?

ETA: I just noticed in the BCM catalog there are no complete AR's offered for sale?

Its cause Colt probably makes the chart and does not wanna look bad ha ha..

I have read the "guidelines" for the chart. They state that the column order is not intended to say that one is better than another. i.e. LMT is further left than S&W but they don't use taper pins on FSB or finish under it (although they do have a lifetime warranty).
