Remember an individual cannot be the grantor, trustee and beneficiary. Any person named in the trust can only be 2 of the 3 or it is an invalid trust. My wife is a trustee and beneficiary but not a grantor, I am the grantor. Oklahoma does not currently comply with the uniform trust guidelines but best to pay an attorney for some of their time to review a trust. We aren't making ours official till I run it by an attorney.
