The Chinese apparently have been making Mauser Sporters and exporting them which I was unaware of . USOG just did a review of one of them and gave it a favorable review , sometimes I miss some of the cheap chicom made guns but most of the time I don't . Those cheap forged 1911's were nice and made fun budget build donor receivers as did the M14 , I wouldn't buy either now days given their cost today since the import bans.

Yep there have been no meaningul improvements on the stick shift since the 98 was developed. You can get some which are slicker and better finished but not functionally better .
Where do we find one
Not in the US the china weapons import ban has eliminated such .
