I seriously doubt it. But what's the headstamp? I think they have loaded under contract for other countries, so it may be possible that the contracting country specified the components which could have included corrosive primers. Doubt it, but it is possible. Commercial Norma is great stuff. Could be argued as one of the best ammo makers in the world. Is it berdan primed? If it's boxer, whatever you do save that brass!

It was packaged for Chile.

I shot 20 rounds today and it is very accurate...BUT the bummer is it's Berdan primed.
