Remember, Trump only knows what he sees on TV. And on TV silencers go pft!
Now get Fox to do a segment on how suppressors basically just keep you from busting an eardrum and don't go pft! and the issue will go away.

Fox is owned by liberals now. They have the news side that say they are "journalist" while in reality they are as anti-trump as CNN without the conspiracy theories.
Shepard Smith of Fox News and Neil Cavuto stand out as the anti-trumpers that lead the "news" side of Fox ignoring and sometimes the legal ramifications along with the law violations that the Opinion side of Fox has uncovered. Fox news does not allow the actual journalists in the opinion side to be listed as journalists when they report on the opinion side and do not use their discoveries when reporting their "news".

I don't think any of them in congress get it unless they get swamped with emails and twitter stuff.
They don't even go to work until late morning saying they need the morning time to "prep" for the folks coming in to catch their ear. While they are prepping, they are somehow at practice for a baseball charity game.
We can elect anybody that claims to be a firebrand and once in office they fall under the socialist policies of the congressional leaders.
They don't do or get squat for their entire tenure unless they respond with allegiance to the party bosses.

I was thinking the same thing that the author of this article concludes at the end. I doubt it's a legitimate letter.

Suppressors, binary triggers, SBRs, flat triggers, VFGs, 40/30 round mags, collapsible stocks, pistol grips, folding stocks, arm braces, pistol suppressor-ready barrels, night sights, hollow point ammunition....

Which of these do you think the left would "pass" on banning if they have the slightest bit of approval or consideration from conservative so-called 2A "supporters"???

<edit> Just to add, I read one of those "Dear Abby" type articles this week where the lady who is giving advice was appalled at someone owning a gun with hollow point "exploding ammunition". According to her research, civilians owning such "exploding ammunition" was illegal in 9 states.

Anyone who doesn't think we're up against uninformed, uneducated and highly hysterical people who have a huge bully pulpit to use against our firearms rights is fooling themselves. People railing AGAINST gun rights have unlimited Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Paypal and Google support (not to mention banks and credit card processing services), while anyone who even mentions being a 2A supporter or conservative is truly just waiting to be banned from such platforms/services.

It's really sad...

Most people don’t think we’ll ever be in another civil war. We already are. Just not in the sense that people think. This war is being waged unconventionally with the use of the media, Hollywood, video games, schools etc. Sadly we are getting our rear ends handed to us. The only way out of this mess is by force. And I don’t see that happening anytime soon.

Yesterday I was digging trough my parts bin and found this pre-2004 Glock 17 mag. Next to one of my new ones it kinda made me want to puke. Let this photo be a reminder to anyone that thinks it can't happen. It can!

I wouldn't be surprised if some people we think are on our side wouldn't secretly like to see anti-gun measures to make themselves seem more relevant in a post Obama era.
