Obama ‘cannot guarantee’ benefits checks will be paid if debt deal isn’t reached

Because due to our current election system(electoral college) my vote doesn't count, and you can't convince me otherwise.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who feels this way. Never have voted for President, and never will until we abolish the archaic, outdated and unnecessary Electoral College.

When has the government ever controlled anything that was profitable or worked. Look at what's happened to the post office! The governments original job was simply to see that mail was delivered and set up a defense system for our country. Now look at all they have their hands in!!!

Many things have worked and been profitable, for them and theirs.
