I don't "do" cold ... So ... It goes to reason I really don't "do" wet and cold ... You guys enjoy running to the store in this crap ... I'm not coming out until spring ...

I couldn't have asked for a better time for snow. We just got home from the hospital with the newest prepper and luckily enough I'd gone pantry stocking saturday. So now all I've gotta do is snuggle with the dogs and watch the reres wreck outside

I know some people stock up on jugs of water before a storm because they are on a well. If power goes out they lose water too.

I had french toast for breakfast. Guess that means I am a survivalist.

I get that, but I've lived off of a well most of my life... We've always had backup water & I don't see how no one keeps water on hand as a regular thing... Why only right before weather?

It's a good motivator to keep "stuff" around the house. I know I need a reminder from time to time.
