It must have been from out of the country, I ship stuff all the time (not gun related) and never tell or am asked what is inside.
It is odd that the items listed that he was arrested for are legal to mail - BUT if he was importing, that is a completely different issue.

I'm kinda wanting to know how they figured out what was inside it? Do they X-Ray all packages or something? Did they just randomly open his mail?
