I am considering sending in my application. Is it worth it? Anyone have any opinions about the OKC Gun Club.
Best place to shoot in the OKC area. I don't mind driving an hour to shoot there.
Don't they only take memberships once a year?
According to the rules they only initiate new members once a year. However, they set a limit of new members each year. If that is not reached on the "only" time of year, they do have more than one initiation. I think they had a total of three last year. I became a member in April/May of last year. Of course, you pay the same membership fees no matter when you become a member.
They take applications all year long and when they get enough they will have an orientation.
They just had one Feb 13th and took in around 40 or so.

Supposedly a top 5% facility in the country and I wouldn't doubt it. 450+ acres out in the country with many different ranges to choose from? All for a low price, particularly after the first year? Why wouldn't you join if you are in the area?
