Just our Oklahoma laws. Used to be there couldn't even be a name on a liquor store in Oklahoma. The signs could only say "Package Store". Oklahoma is sooooooooooooo far behind.....

Granted I did not read all the replies in this thread, but here in Central Ca. Wal-Mart sells liquor, wine & beer seven days a week.

i had not heard about being able to sell cork screws. in november when we finalized the liquor license and everything they specifically said anything that does not have alcohol content is not allowed to be sold so i will have to investigate further into this, it would be a lot more convenient for people. also i agree with the fact about refridgeration i think it should be allowed.
