I think you just answered your own question. Fab a laser light mount for your gun and you're set.

Again, there is likely something readily available that could be mounted to a 1913 MIL STD rail, S&W M&P .22LR AR? Why are you set on using the CZ?

The CZ is already threaded.
I do have an old 22 single shot rifle I could modify for this project. Its a store branded gun manufactured by Colt in the 50's. I think that some sort of laser optics would be good for this set up.

does your cz have the notch on the mount. if so then i would think that swapping would be easy and the scope should stay on. u might look into a centerpoint scope. they are cheap and the reticles illuminate with vary brightness levels.
