Ok...if I have a scope mounted on say my AR, zeroed in, then remove the scope, shoot ....then later on, reinstall the scope in the same slots on the rail that it was previously mounted....would you have to rezero it? I know there are lots of variables that haven't been mentioned, but just in general....take the scope off, then put it back on.

Yes always resight back in because you never know! Just by tighten a screw on you scope mounts will cause the scope off so just to be on the safe side everytime you remove, tighten a screw or bump it aways resight it.
