Has anyone played with or have one of these? I took mine out for the first time today to see how well it worked and for me the jury is still out. It was attached to a Leupold spotting scope.
I kinda thought about trying one of these for Pdogs...it sure would be easier than working with a camcorder. Does it screw with how you are able to shoot?
I had it attached to a spotting scope. I doesn't work worth a crap attached to your rifle scope. You have to zoom in the video image on your phone when attached to your rifle scope and I constantly had to touch the phone screen to refocus the image (my phone kept trying to focus on the cross hair/mil hash marks and not the distant image). I'm not impressed with the video quality but that has to do with how much I had to zoom the phone image. The Leupold spotter has very good glass so I know it's not the problem.
Good to know...at that point I'll just stick with my camcorder.
