Sounds like you want a KS-47. Never used one but I've had great luck with the other PSA products I own.

I built this one for about $345 including Tacticon 1-4×24 LPVO which comes with mount.
Midway, Right to Bear shopped sales sales, paid $65 for bolt group, $90 barrel, $40 receiver, Tacticon optic was $95.
