I have a suppressor for my AR/bolt/AK....etc that interchange. Even the AK with the silly backward threads..ha. I love shooting suppressed. I don't care what anyone thinks, I don't use ear protection when I have a suppressor on. My question is, do they make an interchangeable handgun suppressor? I mean for 9 and 45 acp. Most of my handguns are threaded but I shoot mostly those two cals and would hope I could get a suppressor that would work good and just interchange?
Any help would be appreciated.

Deadair and Rugged have options that would work with both.

Also, if you do the Kiosk route, you will save time, speaking from buying several stamps in the past 3-4 years. However, I've heard nothing but good stuff about the folks at SCI and their process.

I've decided to just go with a dedicated 9mm. I like Silenceco (sp?) as I have one on my AK/AR/Bolts and love it.
Where is SCI? I don't mind driving to Tulsa or elsewhere that has a lot of suppressors to choose from. Weight is a factor but also having the spring work properly where it ejects and chambers all the time. Like I said, this will be my first pistol suppressor and I want a nice one for the 9mm. Weight is important. Don't want a boat anchor on the end of my gun. I'll probably forgo the 45 acp for now but since the 45 is sub sonic, welllllllll.
Let me know the address of a good place to go with like I said, good selection to hold and look at/ask questions.

I personally used Woodland Sports for my 3 cans thus far...1 because of the kiosk and 2 because they had what I wanted.
Another fun part is they were cool with me bringing in my host to see what it looked/felt like, so I got to "try out" a few cans before making the commitment. Others may allow that, but I cant say for sure they will. I test fit/felt balance of the Osprey and Omega 9k on my P226 and made a choice on which to buy first.

Their website is pretty good too, you can see what they have and so far it's been accurate for me.

Looks like they have Osprey, Omega 9k, Omega 36M, Octane 9 HD, Octane 9 2.0 in stock.

Here is SCI, there are two locations. The one near the casino has more suppressors.

Adam made a recommendation for Woodland and I'll say he's spot on, they are good people and very knowledgable about different cans. They have the Kiosk so you will go through less hassle too. I'll say that right now, they also have one on the better selections next to Action Arms right now in Tulsa. However Action does it old school and it will take longer.
