The Trijicon Doctor red dot is a great sight for pistols, it's small and lite weight also!
If I had a choice of red dots that's the on I'd pick myself.
I have heard great things about the Burris too tho!
I know you can pick up a trijicon doctor for around $450 or so. (well worth the price)

While I agree the the Trijicon is a good sight and I like their products (I have a TA31F ACOG), I don't see where it would do anything that the FastFire wouldn't do. I could buy 2 FastFires and have change left over for the price of the Trijicon.

Best price seems to be around $200. Add $10 for the one that comes with the picatinny mount, and another $10 if you want the FastFire II (which is apparently waterproof).

Optics Planet is as cheap as anybody.

Optics Planet FastFire II (the waterproof one) with Picatinny Mount + free shipping + 5% off coupon code = $208.04
