Reliable 22LR Inserts For AR-15 Type Weapons?

Can anyone recommend either for/against 22LR inserts for AR's such as this?

Invest in a dedicated upper. It's worth it, as is a dedicated .22lr rifle such as the M&P15-22

I have both the cmmg drop in and complete cmmg upper they work great. But we really love our S&W 15-22s as well

The ones I have (2) are from Brownells and were discontinued, but they were made by CMMG, and it looks like there is a new model available.
