Rifle won't fire ?

I have a Stevens model 64, 22 rifle that won't feed any ammo, every time I try a round it just gets stuck, it doesn't make it to the hole in the barrel.
I'm wondering if th barrel isn't lined up right.

It will dry fire.

Ideas/suggestions ?
