Here's the one I picked up not too long ago....came with a sling for the bag, scope rail and Ruger factory high cap mag. Pretty fun little rifle but that's a given since it's a 10/22!

I love the multicam pattern on the 10-22, just wish it was on a different stock. I don't like the way the factory stocks fit me. Easy replacement though.
