be more specific. Are you wanting to know how hard it is going to be to get the barrel separated from the stock?

I want pictures of the barrel from different angles with everything you can get off of it off. I want to see if/how it will fit through the headstock of my lathe.

If you need more just let me know its all a standard teardown except having to part it from the action. The tape measure starts at the muzzle

Will the takedown block come off the bottom of the barrel?

Yea, sorry- had to get two kiddos in and out of the bath.

It is pretty simple. Finger pressure on the tip if the locking pin to reveal spring pressure and then with the other hand pull the lever pin out. After that the plunger and spring slide out to reveal two alan screws.

That would be pretty sweet. A take-down rifle and a can all in the same bag. So how would that work? Would you leave part of the front sight intact and cut into it a bit to make room for the threads or would the sight have to go?
