I‘ve wanted a S&W 65 with a 3” barrel for a while and missed a couple opportunities at one over the years, but I finally got a deal done yesterday. I bought it from the original owner (a retired state trooper) who has had it since the mid 80’s. It’s been carried a lot but shot little. He just recently had it bead blasted (due to corrosion from sweat) and gone over by Gemini Custom. I’ve put about a hundred fifty rounds through it so far, and it shoots great.

That is nice. I wanted a Model 25 in .45acp for years but, when good ones starting fetching $1200 , I settled for a 625 for $650.
I will be honest and say I paid more than I wanted to, but a brand new TT Gunleather holster was included in the deal. I know he paid $150 it, so it makes the price of the gun look much better. :anyone:
