I have no idea what that is.

I will bet money that where the barrel enters the frame it is pinched tight there compared to the rest of the barrel.
Send a soft lead plug from muzzle to the forcing cone and tell me your 686 is right.

625 then have to lap the barrel to make it shoot lead well.
Not a bad price but a person should not have to F with anything on it. It should be perfect as is.
