S&W revolver front sight help

I am going to change front sights on a S&W 66 to all black instead of the orange. Brownells has several listed with I guess different heights. Anyone know which one would be best to obtain a 50 yard zero on a four inch barrel?

Measure the current sight height, see where it's hitting at 50 then do the math. Or tell me and I'll do it.

Doh didn't think about measuring it! I just got my calipers out though and the battery is freaking dead.

You can get batts at wally-world. At least I can for mine.

Batteries? Caliper? What is this world coming too? Us old guys read verniers with a maginfier... no batteries at all!

I just called S&W instead. They said factory height was .250. The closest solid black serrated ramped one they offer though is .241 so hopefully it will work.
