That is a great price especially if it is the gun/scope combo.

It’s not a combo but if the price gets to the 150 mark,still a nice gun for the money. I might buy it and give it to a kid

06, if it had been a 243 or 308 I’d just buy it and be done with it

I have a dandy load for 30-06 170gr gas checked Lee bullet 11.5gr red dot RP cases annealed CCI200
1400fps and sounds like a black cat firecracker.
Recoil like a .22 rifle.
Very accurate also. A new found love for the 30-06

Went in at 8. Showed them other Walmart’s marked down to $49. Got a 30-06 and a .243 for $49 each. Will be free if Savage honors rebate at that price. Donating 1 to OKC Ambucs ClayGolf charity event. A friend bought a 770 in .308 for $54 for the charity event also. Luckily we have an FFL to do paperwork for free at auction.
