I've read over on Enos that people are reloading them. You shouldn't have to adjust your load since the small primers are not as powerful. They sure are a PIA though. I just chunk them.

I have a bunch of the CCI/Blazer Brass cases with small primer pockets. They go in my junk brass bin. I also load with Unique, but I'm not gonna change over my priming system and start experimenting just to load up a handful of cases.

I have reloaded a few using fast burning powders such as American Select and WST to see if it was feasible. In actual practise 45 ACP cases with small pistol primers are consigned to the scrap container.
