SQ766 and Open Carry

Was listening to KRMG in Tulsa this morning, and they had been interviewing people about the upcoming election. The topic was the other items on the ballot and what they were looking for, one very uninformed lady said she was looking for SQ 766 and Open Carry on the ballot.

I hate to tell her that as of Midnight tonight Open Carry will be the Law if the Land.
