That plane is such a big part of history. Sad to see it go out the way it did. Glad everyone, for the most part, was uninjured.

The old warbird brought its crew safely to the ground one last time. How often do you hear of stories where planes that big go down and everyone walks away.

We saw this on the news last night ... Bummer ... Happy no one died though.

That is really sad, My Dad flew in one of those during WWII. It was called the "Bachelors Lair" It crash landed on his last flight and was repaired and taken somewhere and left to rot away??

I get a little let down when one of these old guys goes down in flames. There are so few left. They're almost my age, you know.
