I currently carry Hornady Critical Defense 110gr .38+P and Corbon DPX 115gr 9mm+P

For the revolver it is not so much an issue, but whatever you decide for the 9mm and .40, make sure it cycles reliably in YOUR gun.

I carry either gold dot or golden saber. I figure if they issue it(golden saber) to our local PD it is probably pretty good stuff. Don't ever see the officer involved shooting over penetrate or not be effective in the take down.

+1 for the gold dots in my 40. My belief is, as long as your pistol will shoot it, ANY hp to the vitals will leave the BG just as dead as any other hp.
