They have a good warranty, can just take a while. I had a PT101 and the mag release fell out.

I took mine to Sports World and they sent it off for me and received it back for me. Very easy.

my brother sent his taurus 1911 back for repairs and it was only gone about 3 weeks. the did a good job fixing it also. he sent it through poteau pawn and gun

Take it to someone and replace the part with a better one.

The free replacement is the same quality as the one that broke.
