My 11 year old sons first deer. 30 yard shot at 7:15 this morning with 7.62x39 AR. He's a happy little boy and im happy cause its my turn now. Deer ran about 40 yards and piled up. We were back home by 8am
Id like to add that this is my first AR and WOW!!!!!! I got to start loading this thing in the truck. Way to loud to be racking one in the chamber at 6am in the timber.

Yea, thats one bad thing about hunting with an AR, but man are they fun to hunt with.

Seeing lots of AR's on the boards this year. Really cool. Guys that don't have one are missing out!
