Both these 13 pointers were killed at 10 am, My sisters on sunday, my friends on saturday.. My sister has over 50 trail cam pics of this deer on some BoneDmonium, he was cruising without does.. My friend's had a doe and they bedded down by his stand and he put the stalk on them and smoked him.. Pawnee co, and payne co deer..

Took a little 7 point tonight... he started off about 400 yards from me and I was going to let him go to get a little bigger. But, when he basically walked so close I could smell him, I decided he needed to be removed from the gene pool.
I cannot get over the number of deer I have seen and moreso the number of bucks.
I got a doe tag that needs to be filled, so one more trip out and Im done.
ETA: sorry, no pics, it was dark and I was cold and in a hurry (spooky eye reflections in the woods watching me gut)

Only in that "one" county. You know....where all those big ol deer are!

I didn't guide her at all, she put the cameras up back in september and did it all herself..
She actually seen this buck on a high line cut about 500 yards west of where she shot him. she first saw him at 250 yards and wasnt comfortable with the shot so she went east and tried to cut him off to a clear cut, she set down and got her gun up and not 5 mins here he came, she bleated at him to stop and shot him at about 85 yards with a .243,
you should of seen this deers lungs, they were mush.. he still went 100 yards, but left a very good blood trail..
but no guiding there, she did it all her own..
This is her second buck ever to kill in about 8 years of hunting, she shot her first one when she was 12, it was a tiny 6 point, and has passed alot of nice deer since then to shoot something like this.. I rough scored him at 142"
Probably mountain lions.
