I've tried on the PC, Android phone, and Android tablet. I get sound, but no video.

I believe you need an Apple product for it to show up. Unless you want to download it. (No thanks!) We had this issue before on another post or three.

It's an MOV or Apple QuickTime video file. Double-click the triple dots and you can download the file if you care, and play it in VLC or whatever. Not that it was worth the effort.
