Those torque limiters need to be tested too.

Never had my actions change POI or effect my groups when they are removed and installed on any of my rigs. I send them back to FIX-IT-Sticks every 2 yrs to have them checked. They are easy and portable and go with me every range/match outing.

I use a Wiha TorqueVario. 10/10, very nice, adjustment protected inside handle. Incredible precision.

Another vote for fix it sticks. Pricy but you get what you pay for.

I have used for years a 1/4" drive dial Proto in.pd. torque wrench. I use it on bases, scope rings, and action screws. I know that some actions are torqued to 63 in.pds. which gets into the upper range of the screwdriver type torque devices. The upper end is 75 in.pds. and with the adjustable dial on the Proto I never worry about accuracy. Just set it to zero and go. It isn't as handy to keep in my range bag but, I don't mind the tradeoff for accuracy.
