He didn't write that. Thats been a standard response from the 70's, slightly reworded.
He's in the hospital after not notifying his boss for 4 days.
He should have never been put in that position in the first place as he was a failure in the military, only promoted to this position because of DEI.

Some pretty impressive explosions over lots of Yemen. Prolly all those F-22s falling outta the sky.
Another Biden proving Trump was right.
In order to obtain power and wealth from a stable, healthy society, you have to be competent and capable, respectable and honorable.
When the bonds that tie together functioning societies break down, power leaks out, and if you're a spiritual rodent who can't make it in a healthy society you can set yourself up to capture some of that power as it escapes into space. So it's in their interest to undermine and weaken the country in duplicitous and surreptitious ways.
This explains a lot of politician's actions.
