The link seems credible, though. Worrisome. If it's fake, it took imagination. And if this continues on trajectory, everything we know, will change. Can't find anything on Putin's vow to smash Saudi Arabia. May not have hit our news wires yet. CNN helped start this mess. The other networks are talking about non news items. If Putin did in fact say he was gonna do this we have serious problem ahead. It'll be WWIII in mo time at all if everyone starts attacking everyone in the Middle East after Obama orders the hit on Syria. Iran & Syria will team up to take out Israel & Russia is already backing Syria with weapons supply, so if they are willing to hit Saudi Arabia I'd feel safe in saying they have had just about enough of us to revert back to the old days of US vs Russia. So if everything starts to snowball, how long before China picks a side?
When the other two big boys are so expended that they can't defend themselves? Remember, China is a very, very patient country. They've slowly built themselves into a world power, so if they're smart, they'll sit back and watch everyone else fight themselves to exhaution, then collect all the pieces for themselves. I just read another article from a different link talking about the Putin deal. Apparently a Saudi Prince pissed him off at a meeting when he told Putin he would guarantee him protection of his port if he allowed Assad to be removed from power. He also basically threatened Putin by telling him he had the Chec terrorists under his control & could offer no attacks on the Winter Olympics as well if Putin was on board.
I'm not sure threatening a Russian President is a good idea, they seem to be not the type to take crap, especially from the Saudi's. This could get really bad really fast if it all goes down as it appears it will right now. I sure hope the guys on our side making these decisions are factoring in the responses from other countries in that region, cause it's looking like everyone is just waiting for us to light the fuse for a excuse to start wars which have been looming for years.
