Looks to be a pre-war PPK. I don't see an nazi markings or proofs. Blueing is still very nice, and even though the grip is cracked don't do anything to repair them, it will decrease the value. The holster looks to be post-war, and I'm not sure on the magazines. Asking JB is good, and I suggest you go over to www.p38forum.com to get better answers.
