Wby mag

Hello I'm new to this forum and have a question already.
I posted this in Rifles/Shotguns and not getting much response.
I purchased a Wby Vanguard in 300 win mag. When the rifle got here it was a Wby mag. Now my question is what is the smallest grain 30 cal bullet that I can load into this Wby mag without damage to gun or bullet. I know how small of a 30 cal I can get but how small can I go and not come apart on me do to the mag powder charge.

Reloads? May want to check with the OKC Fat Guy Shooting Team. Bunch of reloaders in that lot. Just pipe up in their thread. They are friendly (they don't break skin) and easy to get along with (as long as you don't mind dishing it out and taking it).
