I already have some once fired brass that I got from a guy, shouldn't I use my full length die first?? Then use the neck die on the next reloading after it fireforms to the chamber?

Yes, if it's been fired in a different gun than you're reloading for, always full length size. I would suggest neck sizing after that though because it will stress the case a lot less.
