I grew up on the Jiffy corn bread. It’s on the sweet side. When warm, slit it in half and put on lots of butter. Sometimes some honey. . I like it but don’t eat it often.I've been tricked into trying cornbread far too many times under that same reasoning....and it all sucked. "You just haven't had GOOD cornbread yet. MY cornbread is good"
