It would be super easy to drill the hole in the end. All you have to do is efile a Form-1 and pay the permission fee. It said the caps were aluminum, but I didn’t hear any mention of the material for the rest of it. I’m curious about how effective the design is. If anyone wants to fund this project, (cost and fees) I’ll file the permission form and do a test and review.
