Not all speech is protected by the 1st amendment.

If you're talking about illegally lynching Jews and black people and hanging them from the trees in front of the courthouse, or ethnic/religious cleansing I've got an issue with that, yeah, because I don't want my race or religion added to the list next.

If you won't speak up for those that are truly targeted by those that hate (not pseudo victims) then don't be shocked with nobody speaks up for you when you become the next target.
Talking is still talking unless you threaten someone. You guys sound just like the libs. Sorry, but you can't be arrested for saying you hate a race or wearing a stupid sheet with eye holes cut into it. Of course the 1st Amendment doesn't protect the speaker from as asswhuppin.

Probably because almost 75 years later the first thought in a normal persons mind when seeing the symbol is Hitler and the slaughtering of Jews.
Actually they changed it around the time Hitler started using it if I'm not mistaken. It's also slightly different because it's turned 45 degrees

They're attempting to terrorize our fellow citizens. Heritage not hate my ass. Let's be honest with ourselves, the Confederate flag is recognized as a symbol of hate. You can claim that the flag represents your Southern Pride all that you want, but the fact is, you'll be perceived by many people as a bigot. Does anybody here feel that these kids were doing anything other than real life trolling?

Again, if it's not illegal, not on my property or in my personal space, it's not my business.

Please point me to a person who is not prejudiced and bigoted about something in their own life. You can't because he/she doesn't exist. The pursuit and promotion of the zen of objectivity is a passive aggressive point of view pursued and promoted by those who have a difficulty dealing and accepting their own shortcomings.

That's just like, my opinion, man.

Actually, I do not believe that terrorizing a person is legal.
