So, what your saying is the EPA has failed.

What he's saying is the Koch brothers and their propaganda machine is working. Koch, spends a fortune skirting or breaking environmental laws. It's cheap n easy to paint the EPA as a Govt. Bully. Rally the people and stir dissent, all the while costing taxpayers a fortune in legal bills fighting Koch in court.

The environmentalists have have far too much power. They've cost this country well paying manufacturing jobs while just moving the pollution to China.

Who do Unions work for?? Let me help ya, Corporations. The same corporations that freely left the US in search of cheap labor and no environmental laws.

It ain't Unions fault and it ain't tree huggers.....the problem is giant Corporations and greed.

It's motivated by margins, environmental regulations and Unions cut into those margins.

I'd like to meet in the middle, unfortunately this is unacceptable to the environmentalists.

It's like being half pregnant. Listen to yourself. 100% pollution vs 50% pollution vs 0% pollution. Smart people would meet closer to zero than 50.

Listen we all need clean air to breath, unless you want the air industry to follow the water industry.
Spring water, filtered water, bottled tap water, mineral water, clean water.....fresh air, filtered air, bottled air, air with minerals added, just regular old polluted air.

Won't be long and you'll breath what you can afford. ....much like the water industry.

So you're only concerned about Americans? Why aren't you concerned with the health of the Chinese?

China is a Sovereign nation. I imagine they can make their own laws and set their own standards. Once they boot out American companies, then maybe we can enter into a treaty with them.

The way it stands now is, we are allowing American Corporations to skirt our laws and treaties by going to China to pollute the Planet and contaminate their country.
