It is common knowledge Dennis. As I've said before in a earlier post. Netanyahoo testified before Congress as a citizen......that means 2 things.

1. He testified before Congress.....this fact is not disputable
2. Foreign Heads of State are not allowed to testify before Congress.

therefore he must have testified as a person holding citizenship in the United States.
