Should be rotors and pads on back also. 200-300 bucks depending on what parts she wants and someone close that can help her out she’s good to go. Couple hour job!

I know that there are some who would disagree with me but a car with 195,000 miles? I'd just put new pads on it unless it had shimmering when the brakes were applied. Or, discs were worn out.

Absolutely could do if rotors are fine. I just do them because they have gotten so cheap

I've replaced two calipers on vehicles that I've/we've owned, ever. That's a couple dozen vehicles, probably between million and million and a half miles total.
Maybe a thousand bucks if you replace calipers totally flush and refill system plus all regular brake parts. But that’s very rarely needed!
