Stay the heck away from qlink, my mom bought a 250cc commuter and it is scrap after less than 6000 miles and regularly serviced at metric cycles. I have never heard of the other brand. But tell him to save his change and buy a quality bike... as a matter of fact I have a Honda goldwing for sale as I type. Strip the 200 pounds of chrome and luggage, throw some nubbys on it and he will have a wicked 1100cc enduro!!!
