Yeppers.....pretty much settled in until about September and October when we need to start "prepping" for winter life at Mountaindale. If you can MAKE Scott take off this fall, let us know as early as possible and we'll try to see what is available in the way of cabins. Mountaindale already has a number of RV sites and we just heard this morning that they are going to expand some more, perhaps as many as 40 more sites, and I think on terraces up the side of the mountain.
As for cabins, they have 7 of those, viewable HERE. There are pictures of each, inside and out, at the link. Three of those cabins (maybe 4?) are just back up the road from the entrance past our site.
Should you decide to fly into Colorado Springs, we could likely be able to pick you up.
Oh, and we walked out a while ago to go to the office for better cell reception, and we startled a doe right out from under our neighbor's RV slide. I need to get a bucket or something so we can put water out for the deer. A lot of folks here are doing that. I might even see if we can put out some cracked corn in the winter to help supplement their diet.
